Spacious Beach Rental – Ramada Beach Subdivision This is a new home located in the popular Ramada Beach subdivision of Crystal Beach with a lovely beach view. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises and frolic in the sun and surf! Amenities Central Air, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, BBQ pit, Picnic tables, Satellite TV, DVD player, outside shower, Covered and uncovered deck area, iPod connection with outside speakers, small kitchen appliances, blow dryer Sleeping Facilities Two bedrooms – 1 King, 1 double and 2 two twin beds. Preferably 6 people rental. Also the oversized living area has queen Murphy bed with 12 inch mattress. Rental Rates Weekly rate = $1,800 Weekend rate = $850 Reservation Deposit A $350 reservation deposit is required at the time reservation is made. Thirty days prior to reservation 50% of the total rental fee is required. The remainder of the fee is due one week before arrival in the form of a money order or cashier check. If the reservation is cancelled the collected fees are subject to forfeiture. Security Deposit A $350 security deposit is required at the time the key is picked up. The full deposit will be returned within ten days if the cabin is left as it was found. Upon entry to the cabin it is YOUR responsibility to report any items that are broken or unsatisfactory immediately.
